About Saint Vincent de Paul Charity
The Society of St Vincent de Paul Cambodia comprises 25 conferences across three ecclesiastical jurisdictions: the Phnom Penh Apostolic Vicariate, the Battambang Apostolic Prefecture, and the Kampong Cham Apostolic Prefecture.
Our work in Phnom Penh operates under St. Joseph Catholic Church, within the Phnom Penh Diocese. The original conference serving this community was established in 2004. We are part of the International English-Speaking Conference, which was formed in 2015 and added to this existing foundation to better serve the growing English-speaking community.

Saint Vincent de Paul Charity Cambodia is officially registered with the Ministry of Interior, the General Department of Taxation, and the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training.
